- An out-of-state licensee may only receive a referral fee from Pennsylvania licensee.
- Otherwise, a Pennsylvania license is required to receive a commission or part of a commission.
​- There is no bar to an out-of-state licensee filing a lawsuit for referral fee in Pennsylvania.
