Alabama Out of State Broker Cooperation- An out-of-state licensee may enter Alabama to work on a transaction provided that the out-of-state licensee enters into cooperative arrangement with Alabama licensee, which requires out-of-state licensee to submit to the jurisdiction of Alabama courts.
